Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Military Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit against one of the largeest enterprises of Ukraine to abolish the State act on land of 640 hectares. The land is located in the resort region of Ukraine. The approximate cost of the land is more than 300 million hrivnas.

«allTax» enters the trail on the side of the company, which is a defendant in the case and currently uses the land. The representation of interests in the court is exercised by allTax’ partner Artem Sereda. The case are held in the Appeale Economic Court.
