One of the biggest industrial companies suffered a "raider attack". Raiders tried to seize real estate object of over 520 square meters with the help of courts' decisions.
Raiders won the lawsuit on the recognition of property rights for real estate and filed a lawsuit to the Administrative Court to cancel the ownership rights for the real estate object of the previous owner who was a large manufacturer of goods. Raiders won in the Administrative Court of a First Instance. The Court recognized illegal and canceled the registration of titles for real estate property of 520 square meters of the previous owner.

The large industrial company filed the appeal claim. allTax legal and tax advisors prepared additional explanations to the appeal claim and successfully represented the interests of the manufacturer in the Court of Appeal. The Court of Appeal abolished the decision of the court of the first level and rejected the lawsuit of the raider. Raiders filed the cassation claim to the Supreame Administrative Court of Ukraine and the Supreme Court. The Supreame Administrative Court of Ukraine and the Supreme Court left the decision of the Administrative Court of Appeal unchanged. The decision became final. Raiders failed to abolish the ownership rights for the real estate property. The manufacturer was able to save his property of 520 square meteres. The raider’s attack was successfully repulsed. Positive results were achieved.
