A large manufacturer of corn and sunflower received a land of 40 hectares on the base of a lease contract. The Prosecutor filed a lawsuit to the Economic Court in order to terminate this lease land’s contract.
The lawsuit of the Procecutor was satisfied by the Court of the first level. The law contract was terminated by the court.
