One of the largest grain trader of Ukraine asked allTax legal and tax advisers to protect its interests in the Supreame Administrative Court of Ukraine (hereinafter - SAC) regarding the tax dispute.
allTax prepared the cassation claim and send it to the Court. The Supreame Administrative Court of Ukraine canceled, the decisions of the courts of the first level and the court of appeal who refused to satisfy the lawsuit of a large grain trader about the cancellation of the tax fines.

The Supreame Administrative Court returned the case to the Kyiv District Administrative Court with written instructions, which were obligatory for the court of the first level and the court of appeal.
