One of the prosecutors of Khmelnitsky region filed a lawsuit to the Commercial to terminate the lease contract of a land of general area 40 hectares. The Lease Argeement was concluded for 25 years between the local government and a leading agricultural company. The prosecutor was disagreed with the special purpose of the land, said that part of the land was the land of a water fund, and therefore, could not had been leased.

The Agricultural company decided to protect their interests in a court alone. allTax entered the dispute at the stage of appeal and is preparing to participate in the Court of Appeal. The situation complicates the decision of the Economic Court of Khmelnitsky region, which terminates the Lease Agreement of the land. Additionally, according to the Decision of the Court the Agricultural Company had to pay all court expenses of the Prosecutor. Valid decision of the court may cause a significant impact on the reputation of the agricultural enterprise and hurt its business.
