Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and Military Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit against one of the largest enterprises of Ukraine regarding abolition of the State Act on land with total area of 636 hectares in a resort region of Ukraine.
The lawsuit was filed in the Commercial Court. The cost of the land was around 300 millions hrivnas. Economic Court of the first level satisfied the lawsuit and canceled the State Act on land area of 636 hectares in a resort area.

The Enterprise had filed an appeal in which asked to cancel the decision of the Court of the first level and to decline the lawsuit of the Minister of Defence of Ukraine. allTax’s experts have prepared documents to the Court of Appeal and substantiate their legal position. Two technical land expertises were held in the trail. The representative of the Military Prosecutor Office proved the legitimacy of its legal position. As a result, the Economic Court of Appeal satisfied the appeal claim and reached a positive decision for the client: the decision of the Economic Court of the first level was canceled and a new decision was issued. The lawsuit of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine was declined. The decision entered into force.
