The private investor has decided to file a lawsuit about the division of the property and the recognition of ownership' rights for movable property and real estate, because the parties were unable to settle the dispute in the pretrial order. The issue of the trail is two apartments in Kiev, car, other personal property, wich are around 4 mln. hrivnas.
allTax’s team prepared lawsuit regarding the division of real estate property, recognition of ownership' rights for movable property, real estate and submitted them to the court. At the written request of allTax, the court seized two apartments and other property which were the subject of litigation.

The court order stated:
"To satisfy the statement. To seize one-room apartment with total area of 49.1 square meters. To seize 2 bedroom apartment with total area of 90 square meters, which is registered on particular person. To send the copy of the decision to the registration service of the Department of Justice, Kyiv’s department of the Executive Service and the Department of Migration Service of Ukraine".
Court proceedings would take place in one of the Courts in Kyiv.
