On July 26, 2016 a conference "The procedure of proving in criminal proceedings related to crimes committed on the temporarily occupied territories" was held. The co-organizer of the conference was the National Academy of Prosecution of Ukraine.
The conference was attended by leading experts in criminal law and criminal procedure. Among them were judges, prosecutors, lawyers.

A managing partner of "allTax" Victor Sereda spoke on "Problems of increasing the efficiency of the prosecutor's pre-trial investigation." The report was concerned the proper evaluation of prosecutors efficiency.
Victor Sereda said that the evaluation of prosecutors’ efficiency by statistical data (the number of criminal investigations which were started and the number of criminal investigations transferred to the court) was wrong because, first of all, the prosecutor shall protect interests of the each person.
