A large enterprise which produces zeolite signed a contract with one of the enterprises of Kyiv region for the supplyment of the new equipment. When the equipment was supplied its bad-quality and discrepancy to the technical documents were found out. Some equipment was counterfeit. The amount of damages is 1, 5 mln. UAH.

Difficult negotiations were conducted between the companies and had not achieved the desirable results. Due to the inability to resolve the dispute in the pretrial procudere, the manufacturer of zeolite decided to protect its interests in a court. The claim relates to damages for the supply of bad-quality equipment and lost profits. The expertises will be counducted in the case.
