allTax legal and tax advisers filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in the interests of one of the market’s leader in the logging and wood processing. The subject of the lawsuit is the land plot used by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, covering an area of 269 hectares. The cost of the land is more than 10 million hryvnias.

Expertise: bases for cancellation of the state act on the land of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine are: its receipt in violation of the provisions of the Land Code of the Ukrainian SSR of 1970, the lack of definition of the the recipient of the act, the absence of the developed technical documentation, the absence of established boundaries’ marks and the approval of adjacent land’s users, the presence of overlap of the land plot of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on land plots of adjacent land' users.
