One of the largest oil transporters of Kyiv and Kyiv region applied to allTax legal and tax advisers regarding the unblocking of 56 tax vouchers for a total amount of 0, 7 million hrivnas, in which registration was refused.

Expertise: based on the results of the researched materials, allTax’s legal and tax advisers experts divided 56 tax vouchers into three sets and prepared 3 statements of claim on the obligation of the Fiscal Service of Ukraine to register tax vouchers. The documents were devided for each counterparty separately. The following documents were added to the lawsuits: Client's licenses for the transportation of dangerous goods; copies of working books for drivers; copies of other tax vouchers which were registered regarding the same clients in the same month; contracts and acts of performed work between the Client and the counterparties; positive decision of courts on similar disputes.
