A large manufacturing company decided to review the decisions of economic courts of first instance and the court of appeal by filing a lawsuit for newly discovered circumstances.
The subject of the trail in the Commercial Court is a real estate property of over 300 square meters and the land with a total area over 2 hectares.
The estimated value of the property is 6 million hrivnas.

In 2006, a private investor purchased the property which cost more than 7.5 million hrivnas and signed the investment contract.
The developer refused to issue documents and transfer the ownership’ rights on a real estate property to a private investor.

On May 19, 2016 at the National Academy of Prosecotros of Ukraine the International scientific conference “Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine on the way to the European integration” was held.
The conference discussed the reformation of the prosecutor’s office on the base of the European standards and discussed the possible ways to improve the effectiveness of the prosecutors, the role of the prosecutor in a court, the reestablishment of the confidence of the prosecutors among the population, the increasement of the credibility of the prosecutor’s office.
