Raiders won in the Administrative Court of a First Instance. The Court recognized illegal and canceled the registration of titles for real estate property of 520 square meters of the previous owner.

The land is located in the resort region of Ukraine. The approximate cost of the land is more than 300 million hrivnas.
A large manufacturer of corn and sunflower received a land of 40 hectares on the base of a lease contract. The Prosecutor filed a lawsuit to the Economic Court in order to terminate this lease land’s contract.
